Candace Avalos

Candace Avalos is a proven leader in outer East Portland as demonstrated by her influential work with a large nonprofit, along with her participation in a variety of city commissions. Candace believes that our values and shared goals are what unite us as the city unfolds this new form of government. As a self-described “strategic optimist,” we believe Candace is positioned to represent District 1 in City Hall.
