Debbie Kitchin

Debbie Kitchin is a longtime small business owner and brings that important perspective to Portland City Council – a perspective that has been missing. In addition, Debbie was a member of the citizens group that designed Portland’s new form of city government, groundwork that will be particularly valuable over the next couple years. With a calm and steady hand, we believe that Debbie’s work style and approach will help build constructive relationships among council members.
