John Toran

John Toran is a third generation Portlander and has a unique lived experience as an independent small business owner, union representative, and a steward of one of Oregon’s oldest black-owned businesses. Focused on shared values, he is  a champion of pragmatic solutions for Portland. John advocates tangible results rather than “progressive” ideologies and lends a unique critical perspective not found in other candidates.
