Steph Routh has demonstrated an unwavering commitment to outer east Portland. She has a track record of collaboration, involvement, and depth of understanding on land use and transportation which are key issues in District 1. Her enthusiasm to coordinate across all levels of government to address houselessness, community safety, and building a “culture of hospitality” in Portland make her an ideal representative for outer east Portland on our next City Council.
